How to Bulk Delete Sessions

This article is intended for Admin and Manager users.

Deleting a large number of Sessions one by one can be time-consuming, especially when they're spread across different Activities and days. Table view makes it much faster by giving you a filterable list of all your Sessions in one place.

Before you start

Keep in mind that deleting Sessions is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleted Sessions are removed from all schedules, and their attendance records are lost. If you think you may need the Session later, consider cancelling it instead.

How to bulk delete Sessions

  1. Open your Schedule

  2. In the top right, switch from month view to table view

  3. Set your date range to cover the Sessions you want to delete

  4. Use the filters to narrow down by Activity, day, or other criteria

  5. Select the Sessions you want to delete

  6. Click Delete

What else can be bulk deleted?

You can use the Table view to bulk delete the following Session types:

  • Single Sessions

  • Sessions within a Series

  • Fixtures

  • Rotating Schedule Sessions

Things to keep in mind

  • Deleted Sessions cannot be recovered - double-check your selection before confirming

  • If your Sessions are part of a series, check out Deleting a Single Session within a Series and Deleting a Series of Sessions for guidance specific to series management

  • Avoid deleting Sessions that have already occurred, as this will remove their attendance records

  • Selections are not persistent across pages — Expand your view to up to 100 Sessions per page by changing the number of lines in the bottom-right corner of the table. To delete more than 100, repeat the process on each page.
