What is it?
Previously, only Schools could nominate their own teams into a competition's grades. If a school missed this step, or nominated late, it could hold up fixture generation for the entire competition. Now, Associations can step in and nominate teams for a school themselves, so a competition's fixtures can be created on time regardless of whether every school has actioned their nominations.
This also gives Associations an easy way to correct nomination mistakes, such as a team nominated into the wrong division, without needing to contact the school.

Save time: Stop chasing schools for late nominations — nominate their teams yourself so fixtures can be generated on schedule.
Fix mistakes quickly: If a school nominates a team into the wrong grade or division, you can remove and re-add the nomination in a couple of clicks.
Keep control: Useful for associations managing multiple divisions within a sport, where nominations sometimes end up in the wrong place.
How to Nominate a Team on Behalf of a School
Go to your Seasons tab and select the relevant season.
Select the Season you're working with.
Find the Sport and Grade you want to nominate teams into.
Select the School you're nominating on behalf of.
Choose the Team you'd like to nominate.
Select the Grade or Division you want to nominate them into.
Repeat for any additional teams or schools.
Once nominated, the team will appear as part of the draw, ready for fixtures to be generated.
How to Correct an Incorrect Nomination
If a school has nominated a team into the wrong grade or division:
Find the team's existing nomination in the relevant grade.
Select Remove to take the team out of that nomination.
Confirm the removal when prompted.
Re-add the team by following the nomination steps above, selecting the correct Grade or Division this time.
A Note on Use
This feature is best used to keep things moving when schools are unresponsive or when fixing genuine errors. Schools should still be encouraged to nominate their own teams as their default workflow, so nominations reflect their intentions rather than the Association's assumptions on their behalf.
