Check the Fixtures Inbox - Are there unaccepted changes?

1. Fixtures Not Appearing in School Systems
Symptoms:
Fixtures visible in Compete but not in the school's schedule
Staff can't see Fixture updates

Changes haven't been accepted in the Fixtures Inbox
Staff users don't have proper permissions
Fixture is still in Draft status

Check Admin/Manager Inbox
Log in as an Admin or Manager user

Check all tabs: New, Changed, Cancelled, Deleted
Accept, Decline or Edit any pending changes

One Team in school vs school Fixture can't mark attendance

Verify Both Teams Are Set Up
Check that both Teams are properly created and nominated
Confirm both Teams are in the same Competition/Grade
Ensure Fixture shows both Teams correctly

Workaround for Core Schools:
Duplicate the Fixture
Locate and select the Fixture you want to duplicate from your Fixtures list
Go to the three dots menu and select "Duplicate"
Review the duplicated fixture details, including the title, Teams and Staff
Click "Save" to finalise the duplicate
4. Results and Scoring Issues
Symptoms:
Scores not appearing in Ladders
Result discrepancies between Teams
Cannot enter results

Check Results Tab in Inbox
Navigate to Fixtures Inbox β Results tab
Look for any discrepancies requiring resolution
