For Admin and Manager Users who manage Activity Selection for their Departments and Activities.
Activity Selection Digest Emails give you a daily summary of the Activity Selections made across your Departments and Activities, so you don't have to keep the Selections list open to stay across new selections.
What is an Activity Selection Digest Email?
An Activity Selection Digest Email is a summary email sent at 8 am each day. It lists the Activity Selections made in the previous 24 hours for the Departments and Activities you're set up to receive digests. If no selections were made in that period, the email isn't sent — so you'll only ever receive a digest when there's something to action.
This is especially useful for always-open Activity Selections, such as music, where places are often first-come, first-served and there's no fixed window to check against.
What the digest includes
Each Activity Selection Digest Email summarises:
The Activity Selections made in the last 24 hours
The Departments and Activities that those selections belong to
Because the digest only covers the previous 24 hours, each day's email is a fresh snapshot rather than a running total.
How to set up Activity Selection Digest Emails
Activity Selection Digest Emails are configured per Activity Selection Group, so you can switch them on only for the groups you want to monitor — for example, your always-open music selections.

FAQ
When does the Activity Selection Digest Email arrive?
The Activity Selection Digest Email is sent at 8 am each day and covers the Activity Selections made in the previous 24 hours.
Will I get an email if no one selects anything?
No. The digest is sent only when at least one Activity Selection was made in the last 24 hours, so a day with no selections won't generate an email.
Can I receive digests for only some of my Activities?
Yes. Activity Selection Digest Emails are set up per Activity Selection Group, so you can enable them only for the groups you want to keep an eye on.
Is this useful for always-open selections?
Yes. Always-open Activity Selections, such as music, are often first-come, first-served with no set closing point to check against, so a daily digest is an easy way to catch new selections without checking the Selections list yourself.
Do I still need to check the Selections list if I have digests turned on?
The digest is a daily summary to help you stay across new selections without keeping the Selections list open. You can still view full, real-time selection details at any time from the Activity Selection page.
