Only Managers and Admin Users can create Teams.
Teams and Groups are interchangeable terms in Clipboard.
Creating a Team (or Group) with the individual students that you tutor or coach is the perfect way to maintain records. This especially comes in handy when tutors need to contact students. When students are listed in a Team, you can bulk email some or all of them and their parents at the same time!
To create a Team for Tuition Students:
1. Name and create a Team and assign the staff responsible. Here, we've created a Team named after the staff member, 'Lily-Ann's Violin Students', and have assigned her to the Team.
2. Search for Students. A great option to help you do this is to enter Power View. You can easily search for students by using the search bar or the filter. If you have Tags attached to your students with the instrument they play, you can filter by this Tag!

3. Add students by dragging and dropping selected students into your Team. You can now use this Team to send bulk emails to students and their parents and schedule group Sessions (if needed).
Alternatively, follow the steps to Bulk Update Existing Teams and add students to an already created Team via spreadsheet upload!
