Ordering Students within a Team

Find out how to order students within a team - whether alphabetically, by jersey numbers or custom.

Only Admins and Managers are able to change the order of students within a Team.

Teams and Groups are interchangeable terms in Clipboard.

Clipboard allows you to change the order of students within a Team so that they can be listed alphabetically or in a custom order.

To change the order of students within a Team (alternatively named, Groups):

  1. Go to Teams

  2. Use the dropdown menus for Activity and Hidden status to search for your Team

  3. Find the Team that you want to change the student order

  4. Click on the three dots icon for that Team and select Change order of Students, then choose: Alphabetically by first name, Alphabetically by last name, or Custom.

  • If you select Alphabetically by first name or Alphabetically by last name, the students will automatically reorder.

  • If you select Custom, this will allow you to drag and drop the students into the order that you want.

Under custom ordering, students can be listed according to:

  • Boarding status

  • Medical condition

  • Jersey number

  • Position

Important:

  • The order that students within a Team are placed is saved for all users. This is to ensure consistency across the App.

  • Changes to the order of students also change the order of students on the individual Team page.
