Manage your school musical with Clipboard

Find out how to manage school musicals in Clipboard!

When it comes to planning and rehearsing a musical, this process can be made easier by using Clipboard!

To manage a school musical in Clipboard:

  1. Create a separate Activity for 'Musicals'. Check out our help article on Creating Activities.

  2. Within that Activity, create a Team Category and name it after the Musical and Year e.g. 'Annie'. Check out our help article on Team Categories here.

  3. Next, create separate Teams (or Groups - interchangeable terms in Clipboard) under that Category for each 'part' section e.g. Leads, Supporting, Crew, Ensemble, Orchestra. Also, create a separate Team for the entire Musical made up of all individual 'part' Teams. Have a read about Creating Teams here.

  4. Then when scheduling the rehearsal Sessions, simply add to the Session the Team or Teams you want to attend the rehearsal, e.g. the Leads, the Leads and Supporting, etc. Here is our help article on Creating Sessions.
