Teams and Groups are interchangeable terms in Clipboard.
Clipboard's Team Attendance Summary provides a great visual summary of student attendance over a period of time. This information will help you follow up on absenteeism, track commitment for colours, and award end-of-term, semester, season, or year prizes!
To track a Team's Attendance:
Go to Teams.
Use the dropdown menus to select the Activity and Hidden status of the Teams you wish to select.
Click on the Team Name, which will bring up the Team Page.
Scroll down to Attendance Summary, where you can view a weekly attendance breakdown.
Top Tip: The Team Page also gives you an overview of the Team's Schedule, game results, and the marked rolls!
To track Team or Activity members' attendance over a period of time by percentage:
You can search Youtube for videos on how to create a Pivot Table, which will break down the number of present attendances, explained and unexplained absences into percentages of the total number of Sessions.
Visit Attendance > Overview > Export > Attendance Export of Student Records Data.
Convert the .xlsv file into a .csv file and save.
Highlight all the data and click on 'Pivot Table'
Add the Pivot Options: Name and Activity and/or Team in Rows, Attendance in Column and Values.
Click on the 'i' of Attendance in Values, show Field Options and show as '% of Field Totals'.
This will display the percentages of all Sessions within your chosen date range for which students were present and absent (both unexplained and explained).
