Parents and Guardians can now stay logged into multiple accounts in the same browser. This means those with children at different schools can easily switch between school accounts without logging out.
What does this mean?
Clipboard's account-switching feature allows you to seamlessly switch between Portal accounts. You don't have to log in and out every time you switch between schools, making it easier to manage Activity Selections and view Calendars.
This feature also lets you receive notifications for multiple accounts on your mobile device. Each account needs to be set up individually. Once they are set up, you will conveniently remain updated without constantly logging in and out.
Guardians and parents can either:
Continue to use each school's unique Portal link to log in or out, or access Clipboard via each school's Digistorm app.
Or, switch accounts from the Profile menu at the top right of their Clipboard Portal, by following these steps:
How to add another account
Log in using one school's Clipboard Portal URL and remain logged in.
Then, locate the second URL of the next school and log in.
Click your circled initials in the top right corner, and you will see both schools listed.
How to switch between accounts
Click your avatar in the top right corner of Clipboard
Click the account you would like to switch to
Click 'Switch to this Account'.
How to remove the active account
Click your avatar in the top right corner of Clipboard
Click 'Log Out'.
How to remove another account
Click your avatar in the top right corner of Clipboard
Click the account you would like to remove
Click 'Remove Account'.
