Updated over 2 months ago

Join Ed Colyer to learn more about Clipboard's newest additions and updates!

An overview of the features discussed:

Notify staff of their Unmarked Rolls (at 2:27m): Email staff members to again prompt them to mark the Roll. Attendance > Overview > 'Unmarked Rolls Today' > Email Staff.

Bulk email specific students & parents on a Team (4:54m): Go to Teams > select your Team > tick the students in the Team > click on the three dots to the right-hand side of the student(s) > select 'Email x Students' or 'Email Guardians of x Students'.

Improved Schedule filtering (7:43m): Show your Sessions using the main filter to filter by Homeroom, Boarders, Campus, etc. Your chosen filter will be remembered when you revisit the Schedule page.

The pull-down filter on the right-hand side includes filtering by a staff member, Locations and Teams, amongst other options.

Incident Report Template addition & Complispace sync (15:03m): A new Additional Field dropdown option that accommodates some schools' needs when mapping their Clipboard Incidents Template to their Complispace Template. For example, when a template answer is set as 'Other,' you can now ask for further clarification of incident details by creating these new fields.

Clipboard Compete (22:44M): Clipboard unveils our brand new Fixtures App! Fixtures are managed at the School Sports Association level, ensuring that everyone remains involved, connected and up to date.

What we're currently working on (34:15m): Multi-Day Timesheet Entries, Rotating Schedule - Fixed Rotation, Tagging requirements for Activity Selection Groups, Medical Actions for Students in Teams view and the Roll, and Account Switching for parents with children at different schools that use Clipboard.

See you at our next Product Webinar Update!
