Only Manager and Admin users can view a Student's Profile, unless Extra Staff User Access Options has been enabled to allow Staff to view the Student List.
With Clipboard, it is easy to work out where a student is supposed to be at any given time because their Student Profile includes their extracurricular schedule.
To view a student's Profile:
Go to Students
Type their name in the Search Bar (top left). Click on their Name.
Now you can view their information, including:
General Details
Schedule
Participation History
Tags
Medical Conditions
Attendance Record
Incident Record
Guardian Details
Notification Logs
Note: If Extra Staff User Access Options have been enabled to allow Staff to view the Student List, Staff users will be able to see all sections of a student's profile except Medical Conditions. Only Manager and Admin users can view that section. However, Staff can see a student's medical conditions when they are marking the roll by clicking on the medical alert icon.

How do I search for a student in a Team?
The best way to search whether a student is in a Team is to:
Go to the student’s profile via the Students Tab in Clipboard
Scroll to Participation History
Click on the filter box on the right and select Show All
This will display a list of all the teams a student is a part of, along with the number of times they have participated. If you use the filter above, it will also show the teams they are currently assigned to, even if they haven't participated in those teams yet.
