User Audit Logs

Note: This feature is only accessible to IT Admins.

IT Admins can now search and track user actions using User Audit Logs. These logs give a comprehensive Audit Log of all notable user actions.

So when might this be used? Maybe you:

  • Want to find out who deleted a Session in Clipboard?

  • Want to pinpoint who edited a staff profile or a Team?

  • Want to know who deactivated a user?

Our User Audit Logs provide:

  • User name

  • HTTP Method

  • Area (eg. Sessions, Teams, Timesheets)

  • Timestamp (time and date)

  • URL

  • IP Address

So you will be able to see who changed what, when, and on what device.

Find the User Audit Logs

Here you can view the list of logs and utilise the filters and search bar to pinpoint an action someone has made in your Clipboard Environment. See the image below for an example:

What do HTTP Methods mean?

Please see the below table for the meaning of each HTTP Method term:

The logs show all the API calls made for these actions. Simply click on a log to view more details (see example below):

We hope that the User Audit Logs feature provides more transparency within your Clipboard Environment.
