This process is best completed by IT Admins.
Student photos can now display on rolls and student profiles. This helps you identify students and better meet your duty of care when it comes to attendance tracking.
Photos are able to be synced from your student information system via integration if you use Wonde or the Clipboard Database Connector as an integration Method
This must be set up by an IT Admin.
Wonde
First, you’ll need to approve permissions in your Wonde Portal.
The permissions you will need to approve are below:
The Wonde permission is Photo Read. This is marked as optional, so you will need to switch this on.
Go to the integration page on Clipboard. You will need to toggle on the Student Photos Integration for Wonde.
Database Connector
Go to the integration page on Clipboard. You will need to toggle on the Student Photos Integration for the Database Connector.
