What is Clipboard Academy?
Clipboard Academy is a purpose-built online learning platform hosted within the Clipboard App.
We've tailored succinct video content to suit all User Types in K-12 schools, ensuring that every user receives the training required to make the most of Clipboard. With the ever-evolving landscape of education and technology, we understand the importance of equipping our schools with the knowledge needed to use Clipboard as effectively as possible. This is where Clipboard Academy comes into play.
Access Clipboard Academy
Log into the Clipboard Portal. On the bottom left-hand side of the screen, underneath ‘Settings’, click on ‘Academy’.
You may choose to take a full course, browse the Academy’s videos by topic, or watch the most popular videos that include information about newly released features.

Whether you are new to Clipboard or are a Super User, Clipboard Academy curates on-demand content specifically for you. This ensures everyone receives the relevant training they need to navigate the app.
Sports Administrators - View bite-sized videos demonstrating setting up Sessions, Teams, and Activity Selection.
Music Administrators - See how to import data into the Resources section, create a Rotating Schedule and set up a series of Sessions.
IT Administrators - Review videos on setting up integrations with Clipboard and your School Information System and Complispace.
Finance Administrators - Watch demonstrations of how to set up Timesheets for your school.
Sports Managers - Find out how to create Fixtures, manage Teams and log sports Incidents that are directly reported to Complispace.
