Only IT Admins will be able to set up the Clipboard Portal. If you are interested in this, speak to your school Clipboard IT Admin.
What is the Clipboard Portal?
It is our student and parent Portal, which is specific to your school. It will include a personalised student and parent calendar as well as the options for Activity Selection.
The Calendar is easy-to-use, versatile and personalised, and provides parents and students with up-to-date information on: the date, time, and location of Sessions and Fixtures; a Google Map to aid navigation; details on the Students, Teams, and Staff involved in each Session; and the results of games.
The Calendar is automatically updated when there are any Schedule changes or cancellations, and is easily synced to personal calendars including Apple, Google, and Outlook.
Enabling the Clipboard Portal will also allow students and guardians to receive push notifications.
To set up the Clipboard Portal:
Set up SSO (Single Sign On) and decide whether you want students and/or parents to be able to log in to the Portal. LINK
Customise your Portal: Go to the School Branding page and add your preferred school name, colours and logo.
Share your unique Portal Calendar URL with your student and parent community!

How do I see the Clipboard Portal from a student and guardian's point of view?
As an Admin user, you can test what the students and parents see in the Clipboard Portal by impersonating them. Impersonation is stepping into the user's account as though you are that person, so please be aware that any actions made (such as selecting and paying for an activity selection) are real.
You can impersonate a student or parent by doing the following:
1. Go to Student List
2. Search for a student
3. Select the student to visit their profile
4. To impersonate a student: in General Details, select Impersonate in the bottom right corner to view the portal as the student
4. To Impersonate a parent: Scroll to Guardians, select Impersonate next to the parent to view the portal as the parent
