Clipboard now allows you to remain logged into one or more accounts at the same time!

If you work across multiple schools as a coach or staff member, Clipboard's account-switching feature allows you to switch between accounts seamlessly. You don't have to log in and out every time you switch between schools, making it easier to manage Sessions.

Similarly, if you have different roles or responsibilities within a single school, such as being a Manager user for one Activity and a Staff user for another Activity, account switching lets you switch between these roles effortlessly.

This feature also lets you receive notifications for multiple accounts on your mobile device. Each account needs to be set up individually, but once it is set up, you can conveniently stay updated without needing constant logins and logouts.

To add an account to your device:

I want to set up a Staff profile and a Manager profile in the App for the same person. How do I do this?

You can do this, but you must ensure the Staff and the Manager profiles have different email accounts. Once you have added both profiles to Clipboard with different email addresses, they can add both accounts to log in making it easier to switch between accounts.

They will first need to log in to one of the accounts and then add an account, which can be done easily by following the ‘Adding Account’ instructions.
