Notifying Users About Fixture Changes
When you edit a Fixture, Clipboard gives you the option to notify staff, students and guardians about the update.
Which Changes Trigger Notifications?
Clipboard only offers the notification option when you change these key fields:
Date - The day the Fixture is scheduled
Start time - When the Fixture begins
End time - When the Fixture finishes
Location - Where the Fixture takes place
Team - Which Team is involved
Staff - Which Staff members are assigned
What Doesn't Trigger Notifications?
Changes to other fields (such as notes, custom fields, or internal references) won't give you the option to send notifications. These are considered non-essential updates that don't affect attendance or logistics.
