Note: Fixtures are shown in the Schedule as blocks and appear as a single entry for Managers and Admins.
To record a Result:
Go to Schedule
Click on the Round, then select the Fixture for which you want to record results. If you are a Staff user, you can click on the individual Fixture! result notes. Then click Save
If you need more detailed scorekeeping, scroll down and record this in the Session Feedback box. This spot is also a great place for your staff to record a match report!
Score Templates
Score Templates are different formats for scoring various activities.
Some of our templates available for Activities:
Generic: All those activities that don’t have a specific scoring template will still have the same generic for-and-against template that allows you to put in any text on either side.
AFL: for each side, there will be a field for points, a field for goals and a field for behinds
Badminton Team
Basketball: for-and-against, numbers only.
Cricket
Indoor Cricket
Rugby
Tennis Team
Tennis Individual, and many more
There will be infrequent scenarios where a Fixture could result in two possible score formats/templates. When the score needs to be recorded, the user will be prompted to select which one they want to use. This would happen with Tennis and Cricket.
Examples:
Player of the Match and MVP Fields
For Core schools, you also have the option of adding Additional Fields to every Fixture. This will record, for example, the Player(s) of the Match or create Fields to record points tallying toward the season's Most Valuable Player.
To set up this feature for your Fixtures, visit the article Additional Fields - Player of the Match and MVP.

Can I record a result before the fixture date?
Yes! You can now record results for fixtures scheduled in the future. This is especially helpful for recording forfeits, washouts, or other competitive outcomes that are determined before game day.
