Using the Location Calendar Grid in Compete

The Location Calendar Grid gives you a quick visual snapshot of which venues are in use — and when — on any given day. It's especially useful for venue and school owners who need to see at a glance how Fixtures are distributed across their Locations.

How to access it

From the Fixtures tab, open the dropdown and select Location Calendar.

Getting the most out of it

To get a meaningful view, start by filtering to the correct Season and Date. From there, you can narrow down further by:

  • Activities

  • Competitions

  • Grades

  • Teams

  • Location Owners

  • Locations

  • Locations in use

The more specific your filters, the clearer the picture — particularly useful when coordinating multiple venues across a busy day of Fixtures.
